Hi all,
I'm in a situation, where I have a Power BI report, which maps the postal codes of the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Belgium. In all of these reports, I have the same issue... It takes 5 minutes just to load the postal codes, and up until that point, I'm unable to do anything. At the moment I'm working on the Power BI Desktop with a Pro Access, and would like to share this document with others. On the web-app Bing Maps seems to run a lot slower, which is my next concern.
Is it possible to prevent Bing Maps from loading from the internet, and have it in an offline version, where the postal codes etc. is already implemented within the system, and therefore faster than uploading to the cloud and waiting to receive the answer?
Thank you in advance 🙂
Patrick

Hi @Anonymous ,
By my tests, I'm afraid that there is no offline version for Bing Map currently in Power BI.
The slow performance shoule be caused by the large dataset.
In addition, you could have a reference of this video Power BI Maps without Internet Connection?.
Best Regards,
Cherry
