I need to create 2 formula's that are very similar.
1. Create a formula where the Date of Service only brings back Procedure Codes: 99221, 99222, and 99223.
2. Create a formula where the Date of Service only brings back Procedure Codes: 99238 and 99239.
Thank you in advance

Hi , @jonnyA
Please try following formulas:
calcualted column:
Index =
RANKX (
FILTER (
'Table',
'Table'[Patient_First_Name] = EARLIER ( 'Table'[Patient_First_Name] )
),
'Table'[DOS],
,
ASC,
DENSE
)
Corresponding DOS =
VAR mod1 =
MOD ( 'Table'[Index], 2 )
VAR next_dos =
CALCULATE (
MIN ( 'Table'[DOS] ),
'Table',
'Table'[Patient_First_Name] = EARLIER ( 'Table'[Patient_First_Name] ),
'Table'[Patient_Last_Name] = 'Table'[Patient_Last_Name],
'Table'[DOS] > EARLIER ( 'Table'[DOS] )
)
VAR last_dos =
CALCULATE (
MAX ( 'Table'[DOS] ),
'Table',
'Table'[Patient_First_Name] = EARLIER ( 'Table'[Patient_First_Name] ),
'Table'[Patient_Last_Name] = 'Table'[Patient_Last_Name],
'Table'[DOS] < EARLIER ( 'Table'[DOS] )
)
RETURN
SWITCH ( mod1, 1, next_dos, 0, last_dos )
Diffdate = ABS(DATEDIFF('Table'[Corresponding DOS],'Table'[DOS],DAY))
mesure:
flag =
IF ( MAX ( 'Table'[Diffdate] ) >= 90, 0, 1 )
Apply measure "flag" into visual filter pane ,the result will show as below:

On this screenshot, Proc Codes 99223 are Admit date and Proc Codes 99239 are Discharge Dates. The only patients that should be on this report are patient with stays less than 90 days. So, for example, if you see where I highlighted, Charlie Brown, should not be on my Power Bi table because the Admit Date and Discharge Date are over 90 days.
Sorry, if I'm not making sense. Hope you can follow that!

@jonnyA Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882
Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
