2021 Golden Acorn Volunteer Award Nomination Form
The Sunset Elementary PTA honors outstanding volunteer service to our students, staff, and school by awarding the Golden Acorn Award annually to a remarkable volunteer and member of our community.  The winners of this award are those people who volunteer and give in ways that meet the mission of the Sunset Elementary PTA - to advocate for the success of all children at Sunset Elementary School.  

Award winners receive the Golden Acorn pin and a special certificate from the Washington State PTA.

Please help us select volunteers from our Sunset community to receive the 2021 Golden Acorn Award this year.  You do not need to be a PTA member to make a nomination. Through recommendations, the Golden Acorn Committee will make the final selections.  

The nomination deadline is April 12, 2021 and the winners will be announced at an upcoming PTA meeting.  You may fill out this form and responses go directly to the committee:  Meghan Landon: Meghan.landon@gmail.com  or Galit Scandrett: galitarita@gmail.com.
