Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • A portion of the text content in tables within email template were not visible, when zoom was set to 200%.
  • When opening the "Select a Table to search" side panel, Narrator announced the checkbox items as tables.
  • The vertical ellipses button in the timeline section of a bookable resource contained an insufficient target size for touch inputs.*
  • In Audit History, when the page zoom was set to 400%, a portion of the text content in the "Delete Change History Confirmation" dialog box was not visible.
  • Keyboard focus was not visible when navigating to "Returned Type" columns in personalization settings when using tab navigation.
  • A portion of text content within the banner, header and footer sections was not visible in the "All Service Agreements" page, when zoom was set to 400%.

Sales

  • The Tiles, List, and Grid view dropdowns were not present within templates within Marketing entities.*

Unified Interface

  • When Account views were filtered using the advanced filter option, records within the filtered grid results were incorrect.
  • When adding multiple users to the To, Cc and BCC fields in an email message, only a single user was reflected in the My Pending Emails, All Emails, and Drafts view.
  • When opening a contact entity or existing record in offline mode, the command bar contained several additional commands that were unresponsive.
  • When sorting views from A to Z, a portion of the filtered results were not in alphabetical order.
  • Selecting "save and close" after creating a new record or modifying an existing record within the Services tab of the Field Service app, redirected the page to the General tab.
  • In the Field Service mobile app, the sitemap contained duplicate icons for the settings and other options while in offline mode.
  • When modifying historical analytics for routing in the Customer Service Hub, the application name was not visible on mobile devices.
  • Data points in an opportunity comparison chart did not contain a bread crumb drilldown attribute.
