The ASN.1 definition for the CABF signing nonces in Appendix B is intended to be related to Bullet 2, as both 2.a and 2.b define the requirements for the use of the extension.

However, it is not correctly indented as such, and thus reads out of context with the overall Appendix B, and makes B(3) less obviously related to B(1) and B(2).
