Added two goals for Conformance
Added diversity goal
Put ED Note on Accessibility Supported.

Remove second paragraph and turn 3rd paragraph into a bullet list.

Added links to the numbered list of steps.  Removed most of the  "Background on WCAG3" section. Moved the paragraphs on goals and inclusion to the Goals section.

Moved the inclusion editor's note to the the bullet list of Inclusion goals. Rewording based on comments from the June WBS survey.

It was already covered in the Background. The Background has links to all the information in the section.

removed  non-normative class
added sentence and links to meetings where different sections were decided.
added note on the "fallback method". Removed descriptions of the Method sections because they may change.

Removed Methods structure details.  Hid the figure code, and added an ednote that the Method structure was being revised.

Revised the note explaining the removal of Method info.
Revised the Additional documentation section to better fit an explainer.
Added ednote to the Critical errors and Outcome rating.

How Conformance fits into the Information Architecture section

They need extensive revision and we don't have other summaries for the other sections, so I hid them.
Removed examples

Includes the editor's note discussed in August 3rd meeting and sent for review on August 10th.
