The following resources support the move to a local billing model for new commerce offers in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program:
• March 1, 2021: Australia, New Zealand, and Canada
• October 1, 2021: France, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland
• February 1, 2022: India, Spain, and Brazil
