I'm a new supervisor and not a big reader. This book told me the important stuff to know in a way that was easy to understand. I can use it to help the guys I manage be successful and not cross any legal lines. Definitely recommend for people learning how to manage others.

Mental health is such a critical issue right now. Let's be honest, it's always been an important topic but the pandemic has made it even more so. Mental health at work should not be ignored, and the authors do a great job giving people the tools to navigate this complicated topic.
