Business Voice is now available to Microsoft CSP Partners, placing Teams at the heart of SMB collaboration and giving partners an ideal platform on which they can extend their offering to customers and build their Microsoft solutions sales.

TD SYNNEX has been part of an early-adopters programme for Business Voice and is now ready to support partners in taking it to market. By giving users the ability to turn Teams into a true PBX in the cloud and make and receive calls, as they would with a conventional phone system, Business Voice enhances existing collaboration features such as chat, meetings, co-authoring and file sharing, turning Teams into an all-in-one collaboration solution that is perfect for SMBs.
In addition, resellers looking to make use of Direct Routing to bring their own SIP trunks to Microsoft Teams can utilise the cloud service of The Voice of O365 in partnership with TD SYNNEX. This service is SIP trunk-independent and does not tie the customer into any contractual obligation.
