As many of you know, I’ve been leading the Solution Sales organization in Western Europe (WE) since 2016. Today it was announced that in January, I will be changing roles and taking over the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team here in WE, succeeding Bertrand Launay. I have worked closely with partners throughout my career, and I firmly believe that this incredible ecosystem of partners is fundamental to our success and that of our communities. I am humbled by the opportunity to work with all of our partners to unlock new growth opportunities and accelerate our joint customers' transformation. Investments in skilling will be core to future growth, and I’m committed to working with partners to optimize profitability and land the right incentives. I am very happy to see that more than 500 of our partners in WE have already signed the Partner Pledge, committing to join us in our efforts to work toward advancing diversity, sustainability, digital skills, and responsible AI. There is important work to be done across all four areas, and there’s no better way for us to scale our impact than through our partners.
