Where did the 10 weeks go? ⏰ It feels like I walked through the swivel gates of State Street Global Advisors yesterday with a heart brimming with anticipation and a mind eager to absorb all this experience. And now, here I stand, 10 weeks richer in knowledge, connections, and memories. Each day has been a step toward self-discovery, a chapter in a book of opportunities. This journey has been a vibrant mosaic, with new faces painting the canvas of my growth, exciting opportunities sketching the path ahead, and insightful conversations coloring my understanding. And let's not forget the countless cups of hot cocoa that warmed my spirit along the way. Gratitude spills from my heart for the individuals who turned this experience into a kaleidoscope of memories, for it is the people who define and elevate our experiences. First and foremost, my heartfelt appreciation goes to Ashok Iyer and Surbhi Wahie, whose collaboration sculpted the success of this internship, along with Wensong Qian, Timothy Grady and Rajnish Patil, whose mentorship helped me all the way. Anthony Almanzar and Tim Ross your efforts in orchestrating networking events and nurturing business acumen have left an indelible mark, one pinnacle moment being meeting the chairman and CEO, Ronald O'Hanley.
