Connecting organizations on the front lines of COVID-19 with talent
We’re hearing from organizations on the front lines of the global COVID-19 pandemic -- from healthcare organizations and hospital systems to disaster relief nonprofits -- that being able to ramp up recruiting efforts will be crucial to their success in the coming weeks and months.
As the world’s largest online professional network, we believe we can help by connecting essential businesses that need to quickly find new talent with people who have the right skills. This could be connecting a retired nurse with the skills to help treat patients or someone looking to support their neighbors who need a helping hand with the organizations that most need them.
To get started, we’re leveraging our Recruiting for Good program and scaling it to meet the urgent needs related to this global pandemic. We’ll expand this longstanding program where LinkedIn employees with a deep knowledge of our recruitment tools work with nonprofits hire critical talent.
Currently we have more than 40 employees from our own recruiting organization who are ready to volunteer their time to help nonprofits expand their efforts. They will work on sourcing talent for healthcare organizations, hospitals and disaster relief nonprofits fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve seen this program work as we’ve helped hundreds of nonprofits around the world find and hire senior level talent.
If you are a qualifying organization* that is looking for help with recruiting for urgent paid or volunteer opportunities, please submit a request via the form linked below and we will reach out to determine how best we can partner together.
