Microsoft AI Documentary Features Zammo.ai, Customers

Microsoft features AI innovator Zammo.ai in documentary, released at Microsoft's Ignite Conference, which took place September 22-24, 2020. Zammo.ai is the only partner featured in the documentary which captures the AI-driven innovation of three enterprise customers - two of which used Zammo.ai's platform - King County and Snohomish County for COVID-19 response.

Video highlights include:

01:14 – 01:31 Tanya Hannah, Chief Information Officer, King County, WA

“AI plays a huge role on how we deliver services and think about how we leverage technology for services and solutions that are delivered on behalf of the communities we serve. It’s not about technology, it’s about helping people.”

01:33 - 01:43 Stacey Kyler, Head of Customer Success, Zammo.ai

“When companies and government agencies start to look at what role AI plays in their organization, I think they’re starting to see how voice is what’s next.”

09:25 – 09:51 Kendee Yamaguchi, Executive Director, Snohomish County, WA

“Something like the chatbot allows us to service the public better, quicker, more effectively, more efficiently. Somebody can go in, in the middle of the night, and get the answers and information they need versus a standard kind of business hour. So this type of tool is such a benefit for the public, for the government services that we offer, for information that is life or death, in some cases, for people to have access to.”

Additionally, Microsoft released a separate video, Empowering AI for Government, that specifically includes both customer executives for Snohomish County and King County on camera describing their conversational AI successes with Zammo.ai. To check it out, click here.
